USING KWIRA
Terms of Use

Early-access service
Kwira is a mobility platform in development, operated by Kwira Mobility Techno. We are accepting launch registrations, with Harare planned first. Public rides are not yet available. Launch-list membership does not guarantee a launch date, a driver place, ride availability or a financial reward. Any future promotion will have separately approved terms. Existing account and application tools remain in early access.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use only an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity under your account. Driver access and the ability to accept trips require Kwira approval.
Rides and fares
Passengers may receive a recommended fare and may be able to offer another amount. A ride and fare become agreed only when the passenger confirms a driver offer or the platform otherwise confirms a match. Tolls, waiting, route changes or other clearly disclosed charges may affect the final amount.
Safe and lawful use
You must follow applicable law, treat other users respectfully, avoid dangerous or fraudulent conduct, and not misuse the platform. Drivers must keep required licences, vehicles, insurance and documents current and comply with Kwira safety requirements.
Payments and cancellations
Available payment methods are shown before booking. Cash users remain responsible for paying the agreed fare. Cancellation rules and any fee will be shown before it is charged. Payment providers may apply their own terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Kwira reliable and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a driver for every request, or error-free estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users, investigate safety or fraud concerns, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We may update these terms and will post the current effective date on this page.
